RF28mm F2.8 STM lens is a super-compact, wide-angle lens great for travel, street photography, and video and is a great entry point for full frame EOS R cameras. Great for still photography and videography, 28mm has been the starting point for getting a wide-angle “look” in pictures and video for decades — wide enough on a full-frame camera, to have a distinct wide-angle character, and yet not so wide that it becomes a challenge to use. Located towards the front of the lens and effectively adding a third dial to the EOS R camera's main dial and quick control dial. This Focus/Control ring can quickly be set to AF, MF, or Control thanks to the dedicated switch on the barrel of the lens.
