Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Log in to your account or contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 45 days of delivery.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and blank warranty cards to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment for quality assurance, we will process your full refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
